MK-Safe trapped key interlocking system

Electromagnetic Lock

Designed for safety control signal isolation, with 2NO + 2NC contacts. The EL1 is a single lock key switch, stainless steel enclosure is optional.

BL Bolt Lock

Single or double-barrel mechanical lock with a 15.88mm diameter bolt and 16mm travel. When the key is removed, the bolt extends fully to 22mm - ideal for isolators, valves, and breakers.

DL Door Locks

Stainless steel door access control with tongue actuator. The various models include: DL1 - single barrel; DL2-AA - two access keys; and DL2-SA - one access key plus one personal safety key (prevents restart while inside).

ISOL Switch-Controlled Isolators

Power isolation switches from 20A-100A AC. Options include 3-pole or 4-pole with 1NO/1NC auxiliaries. Available as ISOL1 (single) to ISOL4 (multi-barrel).

SW Key-Controlled Isolators

Designed to work for control isolation. The SW range can have 1 lock barrel or 5 lock barrels. Power isolation up to 20Amps.

MKX Modular Key Exchange Box

Mechanical key exchange unit. Insert key(s) to release one or more others. Enables safe, sequenced operations across complex machinery setups. Features include: 316 stainless steel construction; 15,000 key codes available; adheres to IEX 62061, 14118 and 14119; standard or master code available up on request; flexible options for each individual project; optional dust covers for harsh environments.
