Mono Universal Parts reduce pump repair costs

NOV Mono has showcased its innovative Mono Universal Parts range for the first time at the Pump Centre Exhibition, which ran in parallel with the Pump Centre Conference in Runcorn on 2 June 2009.

Martyn Turner, Group Product Manager at Mono, comments: "Mono Universal Parts is a competitively priced, high-performance range of durable wear parts for PC pumps, which offers significant cost savings together with outstanding lead times.

"Often, the cost of replacing spare parts from other PC pump manufacturers can be expensive, but the Mono Universal Parts range helps to minimise that cost, with typical savings between 25-40 per cent across the board on replacement parts.

"Visitors to the Pump Centre Conference were able to see first-hand the quality of this range of parts, together with our industry-leading experts who were on the stand to guide them through the possibilities the range offers."

Summer roadshows

As well as exhibiting at the Pump Centre Exhibition, Mono will be taking its Mono Universal Parts range straight to its customers across the UK, with a series of roadshows over the summer.

The range, which already has an established customer base across Europe, has comprehensive stocks and excellent lead times and availability. Once an order is received, it is picked, packed and dispatched the same or next day, all over the world.

All Mono Universal Parts attract a three-year warranty against defective materials and manufacture. The range includes rotors, stators, coupling rods, shafts, pins/bushes, seals and drive train assemblies, all of which can be purchased online via Mono's e-commerce system, which also enables customers to check stock levels and lead times.

Fully assembled rotating units are also available as part of the range, which helps to reduce operational expenditure by minimising assembly and installation time, as well as delivering cost savings, because the complete unit is purchased rather than individual components.
