Mouser offers chance to win dev kits at Engineering Design Show

Mouser Electronics is exhibiting at the Engineering Design Show (EDS) 2019 at Stand D10 on 16/17 October. Visitors to Mouser's Stand can spin a prize wheel for a chance to win a development kit from Silicon Labs, Nordic Semiconductor, Microchip Technology, Maxim Integrated, Sensirion, NXP Semiconductors, TT Electronics or Cypress Semiconductor. Mouser is also hosting an online contest to win one of five development kits from Maxim, Analog Devices, NXP, Cypress, STMicroelectronics or Panasonic. For more information on this contest, visit emea.info.mouser.com/eds2019.

Three suppliers will be present to support Mouser at the event and discuss applications with visitors:

Microchip PIC and AVR IoT Solutions for the Cloud

Visitors can learn how Microchip's family of IoT rapid development boards and next-generation PIC and AVR MCU microcontrollers make it easy to combine smart, connected and secure designs.

MikroE Mikromedia 7

MikroE's latest multimedia development board, Mikromedia 7 CAPACITIVE, is a compact, complete product for the rapid development of multimedia and GUI-centric applications. Experience the Mikromedia 7 and different modules in one interactive demo, with a status screen displaying sensory values (including voltage, acceleration, and ambient light), an MP3 player, a remote control with IR and RF connectivity, piezo-buzzer and RGB modules.

Automata Eva Robotic Arm

Designed and manufactured in the UK, Eva is a lightweight, affordable robotic arm so small that it can sit on a desktop. The arm is suitable for applications such as loading and unloading, material handling, packing and machine tending. Visitors can try a hands-on demonstration on the Mouser stand and discover how easy it is to program, with most users learning to program Eva in just 15 minutes.

Visitors to the Mouser stand can also meet with representatives of their EMEA customer service team and discuss their Mouser experience.

Graham Maggs, Vice President Marketing, Mouser EMEA explains: "EDS is a great event for designers to meet our team and take a look at some of our recent new product introductions. We hope they will enjoy a bit of fun by entering our competitions and hopefully go away with a prize and new insight into what Mouser is all about."
