Perhaps best known for its rodless pneumatic cylinders, Hoerbiger-Origa is introducing two new heavy-duty versions, the Starline and the HD series, both with integral recirculating ball bearing guides. The SFI-Plus is a new contactless displacement measuring system for the rodless cylinders, providing continuous positional feedback along the entire stroke.

The AZ series of ISO 15552 standard pneumatic cylinders is now available with a new barrel profile that features T-slots for mounting magnetic switches; a key benefit of the AZ family is its low-friction characteristics and smooth operation.

The NZ range of compact cylinders – conforming to ISO 21287 – has also been extended to cover the range 12 to 100mm, with new features that ease installation. The new FZ guided cylinder series is based on a compact design and is designed for use where space, accuracy, high loads and reliability are critical selection factors.

The flagship Airfit range of air preparation units has been extended to include the new A25 one-inch size, with a new filter technology to deliver what is claimed to be industry-leading flow rates. An ATEX-rated version has also been launched at the same time.

The new BV electric actuators are specifically designed for use vertically, being based around a cantilever design that is optimised for multi-axis lifting applications.

A new portfolio of standard servo and stepper drives and motors is now available, backed up by Hoerbiger-Origa's commitment to source customer-preferred packages if required. Completing the line-up are new speed reducers, planetary and right-angled gearboxes and a belt gearbox for light-to-medium duties.

All of these new products are featured in a new brochure that is available upon request.
