Recognised Systems Integrators (RcSI) are a key part of Rockwell Automation's Solutions delivery channel and this new programme is designed to respond to end user requirements and to make it easy for end users to pick the right partner, based on their application and domain knowledge. Coupled with Rockwell Automation's technology, RcSIs can help end users to get products and services to market faster and achieve a better return on investment for their capital expenditure. The Recognised Systems Integrator programme is being launched in Europe, Middle-East, South Africa and Asia Pacific along with the addition of a new online Partner Locator tool. RcSIs and end users are already seeing tangible benefits from the programme.
Since its launch, 18 UK and Ireland systems integrators have joined the new programme, offering technologies including automation systems, high-level software, process systems, safety integration and intelligent motor control to a wide range of vertical industries including food, chemicals, aggregate, infrastructure and water.
This new programme and the online tool are part of Rockwell Automation's plan to provide a complete set of products and systems to help its customers get their products and services to market faster, reduce total cost of ownership, better utilise power and plant-floor assets, and minimise risks.
End users increasingly require more complex systems adapted to their individual needs. While they are focusing on their manufacturing process and output, they are looking for more efficient and flexible systems delivered by trusted technology partners; they also require systems that are delivered on time and within budget by preferred partners they trust.
