New wave of apprenticeship recruitment for HepcoMotionThere are few companies that have embraced modern apprenticeship more consistently than the linear motion specialist HepcoMotion. Year on year it has augmented its skilled workforce with a fresh intake of engineering apprentices, and 2014 is no exception.

The company’s chairman and former apprentice, Giles Forster, explains: “With high youth unemployment we are keen to provide a solution that also makes sound business sense for HepcoMotion.”

HepcoMotion is now actively recruiting for this year’s intake and is offering two types of apprenticeships: the NVQ3 aimed at candidates looking for alternatives to A levels and the NVQ4 (FdSc) which is for those already qualified to A level standard.

Mr Forster concludes: “As a company we highly value apprenticeships as a way of recruiting good people who can go on to work in various parts of the business. This new drive is a great opportunity for anyone who is seeking a career in engineering with a company that prides itself on innovative design and is globally successful.”
