New acetal and stainless steel hollow roller conveyors

The solid acetal roller is designed to USDA red meat and poultry standards and excels in harsh washdown applications; the rollers simply lift out for refitting and cleaning, and the guide rails can be removed without tools for fast and effective cleaning. Main frames for the conveyors are manufactured from continuous TIG-welded 304 stainless steel. A #4 finish is applied to all frame components.

Excellent cleaning fluid drainage is ensured, as there are no horizontal surfaces. As standard on all Aquapruf conveyors, the frame features welded standoffs for supports so that they do not interfere with the food zone.

The new stainless steel hollow roller is designed for packaging and general processing applications. These conveyors also have a continuous TIG-welded 304 stainless steel outer frame with surfaces that have a #4 finish. Internal frame members have a 2B finish, and roller surfaces have a 2B stainless steel tube finish. The roller ends are spring loaded with a 7/16inch hex shaft.
