New ATEX ultrasonic measurement sensors
The new UDA18 ATEX ultrasonic sensor is part of the new range of ultrasonic sensors from elobau and also complements the existing range of ATEX products. Like the other sensors in elobau's ultrasonic range, it is precise, versatile and reliable, but has also been specially designed for use in explosive atmospheres up to and including zone 2 (gas) and zone 22 (dust).
The sensor has an M18 housing and is available either in stainless steel or PBT plastic. It is also available with an operating range of either 100 to 900mm or 200 to 2200mm and a high operating temperature range of -20degC to +50degC.
It also has CE, ATEX and cULus approvals, making it suitable for a variety of applications in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for use in oil and gas process systems.

- Diffuse reflection operating mode
- Various outputs: NPN/PNP, 4-20mA, 0-10V
- Two measurement ranges: 100-900mm, 200-2200mm
