New compact housing system with modular front connection
The new ME-IO housing system from Phoenix Contact is expanding its electronics housing line to include front connection technology. The modular system, just 18.8mm wide, can accommodate up to 36 connection terminals. The lock-and-release system makes locking and releasing the plug from the housing system very easy.
Integrated push-in connection technology allows conductors to be connected directly, without any extra tools, saving time when connecting devices. The individual plugs, as well as the complete system, are labelled and processed in accordance with customer requests. To ensure quick, secure communication, the housing system comes equipped with connection technology adjusted to fit both the electronic requirements and the housing system itself.
