RARUK Automation announces distribution partnership with AutoGuide Mobile Robots
With the new distribution alliance in place, RARUK Automation can now supply modular, high payload industrial autonomous mobile robots (AMR) that can tug or lift high payloads alongside any established human and automation workforce; built-in collaborative safety features are said to protect equipment and workers.
“Our high payload AutoGuide Mobile Robots are cost-effective workhorses that require no magnetic or RFID infrastructure, making installation and upgrade easy processes,” confirms Ross Lacy, mobile robot product manager. “The AMR can fit seamlessly into any facility and be integrated easily with existing WMS, order management and inventory management applications.”
RARUK Automation specialises in robotic systems that make automation easy, affordable and flexible for manufacturers, states the company. Central to the new AutoGuide Mobile Robot range from RARUK Automation is the MAX-N Base AMR with tugger and forked vehicle adapters.
Developed for manufacturing and logistics, and described as proven within the automotive sector, the MAX-N Tugger can haul loads up to 6,800kg, while the MAX-N Pallet Stacker can lift payloads up to 1200kg.
