New intelligent slimline cooling units for electrical enclosures

Eldon Electric is introducing new slimline CVU cooling units to replace the previous CUS range, which is to be phased out. Compared with their predecessors, the CUS thermal management units are slimmer and more intelligent.

Eldon CVU cooling units clearly demonstrate how the company delivers on its promise to meet customer needs. In addition to its space-saving versatility, the CVU units offer users five cooling capacities and different voltage options, together with a 'smart' digital thermostat.

Designed for fully recessed mounting, and also suitable for door mounting, Eldon CVU cooling units are excellent for projects where the space around an enclosure is restricted. Furthermore, the CVU is quick to assemble thanks to easy-to-use connections.

Cooling unit sizing software

Helping customers meet the most sophisticated project requirements, the CVU cooling unit range integrates fully with Eldon's advanced Thermal Management Application software, enabling users to size filter fans, cooling units, heat exchangers and heaters for each electrical enclosure. The software works with both indoor and outdoor applications and enables the calculation of heat dissipation within the enclosure, component by component.
