New modular double-skinned aluminium outdoor enclosures
Rittal is introducing a new range of double-skinned aluminium outdoor enclosures built from a series of modular sections to enable quicker delivery times and reduce purchasing costs. Centred around a welded stainless steel frame with 25mm punching, the CS Modular enclosure range includes four models that have been pre-selected from Rittal's most popularly requested enclosures, all achieving the IP55 standard and complying with NEMA 3R.
The twin-walled aluminium cladding is fastened internally to the frame and provides minimal opportunities for unauthorised entry due to the close-fitting sections. For additional security against vandalism, the internal joins between the plinth, main cabinet and, where fitted, the roof-mounted climate control are protected by a single continuous surface from ground to top.
Various different options for internal mounting can be achieved by utilising the versatile range of internal standard accessories that can be pre-fitted prior to delivery. The enclosures are completed with the selection of either a standard 100mm plinth or a pullout battery drawer plinth of 300mm.
To complement the new range, climate control is available in the form of coolers and air-conditioning systems that can be factory-fitted to the roof, walls or door of the cabinet, depending on the application.
