New MRT adjustable clamping handles for tight spaces

Elesa is launching the MRT adjustable clamping handles for repetitive, very-high-frequency clamping operations on jigs and workpieces, mobility aids and food processing equipment, particularly where space is restricted.

New MRT adjustable clamping handles for tight spaces

The MRT series has been tested for repetitive tightening in the order of 100,000 cycles. For even very tight spaces, the smallest MRT variants have handles just 43mm long, with the longest at only 80mm, and all MRT handles feature a pushbutton release so that the male stud (or female handle) may be tightened in a step and arc process. Standard manufacture is an open design of handle in glass-reinforced technopolymer with zinc-plated steel, stainless steel or brass bosses or studs. This design particularly offers electric insulation for the operator, with no visible steel parts to rust and a particularly comfortable lever release mechanism.
