Schaeffler has been developing linear guidance systems for over 50 years, and its all-new Arcanol SEMIFLUID grease plays a pivotal role in the development of its Linear systems.

The viscosity of the new semifluid grease of consistency class NLGI 00 allows supply lines between lubricators and lubrication points of up to 30 meters in length, even with cross-sections as small as 4 mm on the outside and 2.5 mm on the inside. This means that you can benefit from high flexibility even when fitting the lubricant supply lines. Another plus resulting from excellent flow properties is the optimised grease distribution at the end pieces of the carriages.

Arcanol SEMIFLUID is also ideally suited for use with Schaeffler DuraSense. DuraSense is designed to monitor the lubrication condition in linear guidance systems and can trigger relubrication by our CONCEPT2 to CONCEPT8 automatic lubricators.
