New stainless steel and steel/plastic levelling feet
Thinking Space Systems is now supplying the Kanya levelling feet and threaded inserts. Various specifications are offered for the feet and inserts, which are primarily designed for fixing the levelling feet into the ends of aluminium extrusions. The inserts are equally suitable for attaching panels or other components to the ends of extrusions.
Stainless steel feet have an M10 thread, are 75mm long overall and have a ball joint that accommodates up to 20 degrees of misalignment in any direction. An NBR insert prevents the foot from slipping.
The other style of levelling foot has an M6 thread and 60mm overall height or an M16 thread and 155mm overall height. Zinc-plated steel is used for the thread, and the foot component is made from black, fibre-reinforced polyamide, also with a non-slip NBR insert.
Threaded inserts are available in a choice of internal and external threads to suit the different levelling feet and Kanya Base 30, 40 and 50 aluminium profiles. Both stainless steel and zinc-plated steel are available, depending on the size, and all inserts feature a hexagonal recess in one end so that they can be screwed into position.
