New video demonstrates Procter Machine Guarding's capabilities
Procter Machine Guarding has published a new video that outlines the company's capabilities and shows the various stages in its design, manufacturing and installation processes.
As a leading machine guarding specialist, with hundreds of customers both large and small, Procter Machine Guarding says it can take on any project. Depending on the customer's requirements, the scope can include the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality guarding, whether the need is for bespoke guarding for machine tools or special-purpose machinery, standard guards for workshop machines, or modular perimeter guarding using steel or aluminium systems. If customers have their own fitters, Procter can, of course, supply guards for the customer to self-install. All guards are designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest health and safety requirements.
The new video explains how team members at Procter work closely together, with a senior engineer overseeing each project to ensure it runs smoothly through the design, quotation, production and installation phases.
Throughout the video there are views of the manufacturing processes, including CNC punching, folding, welding, spraying and powder coating. In addition, the video shows how bespoke machine guards are fully or partly assembled prior to packing and delivery, both to check fits and to minimise on-site assembly and installation time.
