BSI has published BS EN 60204-1:2018 (Safety of machinery. Electrical equipment of machines. General requirements), which is a new edition of one of the key Machinery Directive harmonised standards. The updated standard contains new and revised requirements relating to power drive systems, short circuit current ratings and protective bonding.
