Industrial safety specialist Troax UK Limited is launching an innovative new clamp that is designed to speed up the installation and modification of its ranges of wire mesh industrial partitioning. The new fixing clamp makes it exceptionally quick and simple to install and modify partitioning systems on site, improving flexibility to make it easier to produce bespoke safety guards for a wide range of industrial environments.
Troax developed 'The End' profile clamp in response to customers' requests for a modification that was fast, easy and with an aesthetically pleasing end result.
In particular, the clamp offers flexible fixing for sites where modular mesh panels still need to be adapted and cut to size in restricted spaces - for example, at the end of a run of machine fencing, in irregularly shaped roof areas or to accommodate obstructions such as cable trays and ducting.
The concept is simple: 'The End' profile clamp just slots over the end of the wire mesh panel that has been cut to size. No special tools are required, as 'The End' profile clamp is bolted to the cut wire. The final result is that an adapted panel appears to have a continuous purpose-made framework.
A square tubular framework, which Troax introduced alongside this new original product, is said to give the ranges even more advantages over conventional angle frame industrial partition systems.
This versatile and easy-to-use fixing clamp can be used with all the wire mesh fencing systems within the Troax range, including Caelum, Musca, Cetus and the machine fence ranges.
Commenting on the latest addition to Troax's range of industrial safety systems, managing director of Troax UK Limited, David Teulon, says: "Troax invests considerable resources in R&D, enabling us to develop innovative, time-saving new designs and bespoke solutions, like 'The End', that benefit the users of our products."
