President and CEO of NSK Ltd. Japan, Norio Otsuka, has announced that the company will exhibit at the 26th Japan International Machine Tool Fair (JIMTOF 2012), to be held 1-6 November at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto Ward, Tokyo).
NSK develops and manufactures bearings, ball screws, linear guides, mechatronics products, and spindles used in the core components that comprise machine tools. NSK meets broad customer needs ranging from the increasingly higher performance demanded in the field of machine tools, including higher precision, heat resistance, and higher rotation speeds, to products with standard functions at a lower cost, for which demand has been growing in emerging markets.
The NSK exhibit will feature a wide range of products, from the company's standard line up - products which can be put to diverse uses - to highly functional products, as well as NSK's new technological approach to grease lubrication
Main exhibits will include new precision bearings, ball screws and new linear guides used in machine tools; highly functional series that enable high speeds, higher precision and long service life of machinery; new ideas in mechatronic products; and new grease technology that increases machine reliability.
JIMTOF 2012 runs from November 1 to November 6 2012 at Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Centre: Ariake, Koto Ward, Tokyo). This year is the exhibition's 50th anniversary, and it is expected to attract 120,000 visitors from around the world to see exhibits from 691 companies from 19 countries and regions.
