Panduit to exhibit at Rockwell Automation University 2016
Panduit will exhibit at the Rockwell Automation University events in Paris, Barcelona, Jachranka (Poland), and Wels (Austria). At all events Panduit will showcase important technologies for the industrial automation infrastructure sector.
IntraVUE industrial network visualisation and analytics software
IntraVUE software addresses the challenges found in industrial environments, providing visibility into all levels of devices and connectivity, and enabling operational field technicians to efficiently communicate with IT resources.
Physical Infrastructure for a Resilient Converged Plantwide Ethernet Architecture (CPwE)
Panduit is collaborating with industry leaders, including Rockwell Automation and Cisco, to provide systems, architectures, and services that help companies reduce risk, enhance operational performance, improve reliability, and successfully implement EtherNet/IP products and architectures through:
- Optimised physical network infrastructure systems from Panduit that have been developed to align with the Cisco and Rockwell Automation Converged Plantwide Ethernet (CPwE) Resiliency Cisco Validated Design (CVD)
- Design guidance for aligning logical and physical industrial network architectures that utilise industry best practices
- Integrated systems, tools and services to simplify design and implementation for better equipment optimisation and broader risk management
At the recent event in Paris from 23-24 March, Pascal Genier, Technical Sales Engineering, Panduit Europe Ltd, also presented a paper on "The Converged Plantwide Ethernet Design as the Foundation pour l'industrie du Future."
Genier says: "The paper provides insight into how customers can build on Panduit's experience to simplify robust Industrial Network and Internet of Things (IoT) deployment that complies with validated architectures to ensure a reliable, integrated, and converged Industrial infrastructure."
