Parker Hannifin will present new systems, components and services for sustainable and competitive industrial production at Hannover Messe 2013. On Parker's exhibition stands visitors will find efficient and environmentally friendly innovations for all applications in hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanical, filtration, fluid and gas handling, process control, sealing technology and EMI shielding.
For more productivity in diverse industrial applications, machines and processes Parker presents valves, pumps, filters, gaskets, hoses, controllers, motors, drives and controls, and other components and accessories. Parker's optimised, durable and resource-saving technologies, products and applications, industrial processes and maintenance offers customers tailor-made systems from a single source.
At the large outdoor area Parker will show its HOSE DOCTOR mobile emergency and repair service, the ParkerStore container and further services from the ParkerStore concept.
On show will be Parker's patented, electrically driven linear actuator series, the Origa ORD-E. This is a new series of linear actuators that stand out due to high forces, compact design, non-rotating technology and wide temperature range features which, together with an IP65 rating, make them suitable for applications with tough ambient conditions and where regular intensive cleaning and rinsing is required. From initial introduction to the market, the new ORD-E will be available in a 50mm size, with further sizes of 80mm, 100mm and 160mm following soon after. The ORD-E series has been designed to perform high-load linear movements with up to a 500mm maximum stroke length and with forces up to 2000N.
Parker offers a speed-controlled, hydraulic full-system solution that improves energy and cost efficiency with its drive controlled pump. Parker connects the electromechanical drive with hydraulics to give a speed-controlled, electrohydraulic full-system solution. For the composition and layout Parker uses an extensive construction kit of high-grade components that will be constantly expanded and thus always stay up to date. All components are precisely matched with one another and individually tailored to the cycle of the respective application using a newly developed piece of software. At the same time, the size of the components used can also be reduced. In doing so, Parker fulfils both current and future demands in terms of energy consumption and CO2 and noise emissions, as well as the wishes of machine manufacturers and users for more efficient systems.
Parker Racor has recently introduced the Parker Racor Super Impactor crankcase ventilation separator. As engine manufacturers are faced with demanding global legislation for the control of emissions, they are seeking approaches that will help them reduce Nitrous Oxide, hydrocarbon and particulate emissions. The Super Impactor has been specifically designed to meet these challenges and sets the standard for high performance fit-for-life closed crankcase ventilation systems.
Parker Hannifin's Filter Division has introduced a new fully self-contained bottle sampling system that provides fast, accurate and repeatable detection of contamination in hydraulic oils and hydrocarbon fuels. The icountBSplus Bottle Sampler uses sophisticated laser particle counting technology and features an intuitive, easy-to-use Windows-based user interface along with a range of other on-board functionality.
With the introduction of the new Antares compressed air dryer range, Parker's Hiross Zander Division is not simply introducing another new line of dryers for compressed air. Antares heralds the launch of a new compressed air purification technology, offering significant advantages with respect to efficiency, flexibility and lifetime cost.
The basis of Antares Tandem Technology, developed by Parker Hiross, is the combination of two well-proven technologies - refrigeration and adsorption drying - which have now been integrated in a new and intelligent manner.
