PCB Piezotronics has formed the PCB Automotive Products Division, a dedicated sales and technical support facility, located in Novi, Michigan, USA, devoted exclusively to the global automotive test market, including vehicle NVH and dynamics, vehicle and component durability, legislative and safety, crash, and powertrain testing applications.
Appointed to lead this newly formed division as Director of Sales and Marketing is Jeff Case, a 15-year veteran of the automotive industry. Mr Case was formerly Chief Program Engineer at Ricardo North America, where he held a successive series of global vehicle engineering positions. He is a graduate of Michigan Technological University, where he received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. His areas of expertise include all aspects of vehicle NVH, as well as general vehicle development, systems engineering, and vehicle program management.

The establishment of the PCB Automotive Products Division will help us achieve that goal within this very important market sector, while helping our organisation grow and evolve, in synch with the growing and evolving needs of our valued customer base."
A formal introduction to this new division will take place at the forthcoming Automotive Testing Expo North America, 24-26 October 2007 at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, Michigan. PCB will be showcasing a special PCB Automotive Technologies Pavilion, with a series of active demonstrations, and an IndyCar display with Andretti Green Racing. PCB is official sensor and instrumentation sponsor of Andretti Green Racing this season.
