Using their extensive experience in gear design, Reliance engineers have based this range on standard centres and ratios. Cut on high-quality stainless steel or aluminium gear blanks, with bore diameters from 3mm to 10mm, the gears' modules range from 0.3 to 1.0. Gears are supplied to Reliance quality 10, but quality 14 is readily available on request.

This range of gears is specifically selected to facilitate prototype and development work. Reliance Precision Mechatronics also offers a full range of compatible precision mechanical components available in both small quantities and production volumes. Special requirements such as cleaned and packed for vacuum or photonics applications, aerospace traceability and cost-effective modifications are available on request.
