PPMA is running its popular Project Management training course on 11 February 2020.
This one-day course, which is being held at the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel, will be useful for anyone who manages or is involved with projects. Designed as an introductory course, is it aimed at people who have had no previous formal training in the subject, and those who want to refresh their current knowledge.
The main themes in the Project Management training course are the ways in which projects differ from routine tasks, the importance of planning and the key techniques that contribute to successful projects.
