The afternoon focuses on Running effective one-to-ones, presenting tools and techniques to help staff members deal with issues and have relevant and practical conversations. Topics include:

  • Planning 1 to 1s
  • Identifying interpersonal skills needed by line managers to conduct effective 1 to 1s
  • Using tools and techniques to aid motivation, commitment and assessment of skills and development areas
