Pryor Marking Technology will be showing the latest additions to its product range on Stand E22, Hall 3, at the Airtec exhibition being held in Frankfurt from 23-26 October 2007. Among the products on the stand will be LOCUS, a new low-cost, ultrasound hand-held code reader that decodes Data Matrix marks concealed by paint or other industrial coatings including oil and grease to a depth in excess of 1mm.
John Kidder, commercial operations manager at Pryor, comments: "The aerospace industry has pioneered the use of marking and traceability and has set the standards that other industries are now following. This show is the ideal platform for us to exhibit the breadth of our expertise and our latest solutions to some of the problems being encountered in this field."
Other products on the stand include the new Marktronic Multidot 3000, a highly configurable, fully programmable dot marking machine that is integrated with a camera and the latest mark verification software, VeriSmart. This has been specially designed to help aerospace manufacturers meet the stringent requirements of the latest IUID and Spec 2000 standards.
Also in operation will be the new 20W Fibre Laser, a cost-effective option for organisations requiring laser marking. Alongside the marking products, visitors will also be able to see products including the DataMouse Pro from Absolute Vision, part of the Pryor group and a leading developer of two-dimensional (2D) code reading and machine vision systems.
