Reliance invests in specialist automated cleaning facility

The latest addition to its capabilities is a state-of-the-art automated 13-stage cleaning line. This complements the existing facilities that include a 350m2 assembly cleanroom classified to ISO 14644 Class ISO 6.

Reliance says the new cleaning line will benefit projects in areas such as semiconductor, medical, high-vacuum and laser optics. Controlled by a PLC, the system can be programmed for customers' exact requirements, or for material- or process-specific cleaning routines. Reliance provides a full project management service, combining its facilities with its extensive industry knowledge.
