Scorpion Vision is distributing the new camera from industrial camera manufacturers, PixeLINK. Known as the M2B, the camera is the latest addition to the PixeLINK M-Series USB 3.0 CMOS camera kits.
Designed to provide quality and versatility with a smaller form factor, the camera boasts a number of features including a Sony IMX174 sensor, superb resolution at 1920 × 1200 and a bit depth of 8 or 12. The camera is sold as part of a kit which includes PixeLINK's uScope microscopy software and a USB3 lock-in cable suitable for use in any laboratory setting. Set to become one of the leading cameras in microscopy applications, the camera outperforms many of the Sony CCD sensor lines.
