Seminar on valve innovation in the pharmaceutical sector

Among these will be Marc Klingler, Brkert Global Segment Manager for Hygienic Processing, who will be presenting a seminar and training session entitled "Multiport Valves - cutting costs in pharma applications' on Wednesday 5th June 2013, which will feature practical information on multi-port Robolux valve technology and showcase a major case study utilising the product at global health care specialist manufacturer B.Braun.

The case study will demonstrate how the design requirements of the application were met in the demanding environment of pharmaceutical and medication manufacturing. The expertise of Brkert in fluid technology was crucial in it becoming part of the €164 million project, while the design of the Robolux valve allowed the company to meet demanding requirements for overall dimensions as well as internal volumes and for cleaning and sterilisation.
