Sentek Solutions introduces IP67 Hokuyo laser range finder
Sentek Solutions is introducing the Hokuyo UTM-30LX-EW laser range finder for collecting real-time mapping data. Compact (62 x 62 x 87mm), lightweight (370g) and sealed to IP67, this device is particularly suitable for robotics and other industrial or outdoor applications requiring a range of 0.1 to 30m and an accuracy of +/-50mm at the maximum range.
Technical specifications for the Hokuyo UTM-30LX-EW laser range finder include:
- 270deg scan with 0.25deg resolution
- 40 scans/s
- Power consumption of just 8.4W from a 12V DC supply
- Ethernet connectivity
- Multi-echo functionality
- Operating temperature range -10 to +50degC
