Sipro offers more than 16 years experience in the robotics industry, with owner Steve Prior initially starting the company as a robot systems sales support business working alongside various robot integrators. In 2020, after initially supporting The Food Machinery Company, Sipro was sold to the FMC Group, which also owns both The Food Machinery Company and Saga Automation, and became a full-scale robot integrator. 

Sipro is able to supply fully automated systems ranging from single robot cells up to complete turnkey, bespoke systems. The company operates UK-wide from its new, purpose-built offices and production facilities located near Rochester in Kent, and highlights its ability to reduce client risk in the decision-making process. As a key part of this process and from the outset, the business invested in what it says is the world’s best 3D virtual robot simulation platform (from Visual Components) to help give clients confidence in the success of their system choice before they place an order.  

Sipro supplies a diverse range of robot solutions with carefully selected robots and system partners including Kawasaki, Omron and Stäubli. Sipro also supplies pre-owned refurbished robots and alternative brands for clients with tighter budgets or other robot preferences.
