SMC launches updated Innovations catalogue
SMC is launching their new Innovations catalogue for 2016-17. Developed primarily for machine designers and builders, this 75-page catalogue contains information on all the key products launched by SMC over the past year.
Divided into eight easy-to-reference chapters, the catalogue contains basic technical information on each product and highlights its main features and key performance benefits.
Bob Hitner, SMC UK's Marketing Manager comments: "This update of our Innovations catalogue demonstrates our ongoing commitment to research and product development. From our original roots in pneumatics, we've continued to invest heavily in R&D over nearly 60 years - so that today, our portfolio of products really reflects that investment."
With over 1500 R+D engineers based in SMC's Technical Centres across the world, the company develops around 50 new or improved products every year. This has expanded their product range beyond basic pneumatic components through to specialist products such as dryers and chillers, static control systems, process control and instrumentation and easy-to-programme electric actuators.
Also available in French, German, Italian, Spanish and English, SMC's new Innovations Catalogue provides machine builders and designers with a wide range of cutting-edge products for advanced automation applications.
Copies of the brand new SMC Innovations catalogue will be available from the company on stand AF210 at Fluid Power & Systems Expo at the NEC from 12-14 April, or can be downloaded here.
