SolutionsPT sets out to simplify industrial cyber security

Cyber SecureOT 2023, from industrial IT solutions partner, SolutionsPT, will take place on 21 June at the Leicester Marriott Hotel conference facility and is set to bring together more than 100 IT and OT managers from across UK industry to hear about the latest developments in industrial cyber security.

The event is designed to help simplify a topic that can often seem complex by showcasing how the right combination of project execution and consulting solutions can take the weight out of the cyber security burden and provide an effective framework to mitigate against the known and unknown risks in today’s connected industrial environment.

The company, which is dedicated to helping its customers achieve ever higher levels of efficiency and productivity through digital transformation, considers cyber security to be a central plank in digitalisation.

Conference director Deon van Aardt explains: “Our digital transformation success for every enterprise approach means that we don’t take a one-size-fits all approach to cyber security. We have a range of market-leading software and hardware products that can be tailored to your business by our experienced team to meet any industrial regulatory environment or compliance requirement. Our Cyber SecureOT conference brings together the very best combination of thought leaders, best practices, services, and world-class products to make Cyber Security simple.”

The full-day event will feature a plenary programme including keynotes delivered by top cyber security experts from the likes of BlackBerry, Claroty, Tenable, and SolutionsPT, along with a case study from leading food and beverage manufacturer Britvic about the company’s own cyber security journey. In addition to the speaker programme, there will be an exhibition featuring a number of world-class cyber security partners and hands-on technical lab sessions led by experts in the field covering topics from cyber-attack recovery to the mitigation of threats posed by the humble USB connection.
