Space-saving wiring of multiple potentials

Space-saving wiring of multiple potentials

The new FIX distribution blocks from Phoenix Contact are the first to carry more than just one potential. This enables simple wiring of multiple potentials in a compact and modular block. The multi blocks are particularly suitable for building installation applications.

The tool-free lateral push-in connection saves time during conductor connection and space due to the minimal size. Another advantage is the high modularity. The mono discs can be mounted easily side-by-side with their tongue and groove connections. The multi blocks can be used in DIN rail, direct, and adhesive mounting applications.

Various mounting adapters are available for this purpose and are used throughout the FIX portfolio. The multi blocks are available with a cross-section of 2.5 mm2 with up to five potentials in just one block.

The distribution and bus blocks from the PTVFIX series portfolio are also available with a 2.5 mm2 cross-section with 2, 6, 12, and 18 distribution connections. With more connection points, the blocks can be aligned without partition via jumpers, thus efficiently extending the potentials. The different colours enable intuitive and safe installation.
