For 2007, Zygology Ltd will be exhibiting new products from Avdel, Southco and PEM. The new hydro-pneumatic Avdel Genesis range comprises nG1, nG2, nG3 and nG4 tools primarily for assembly operations that use breakstem or structural fasteners in automotive, aerospace, construction and general industries.

From Avdel, Zygology has the new range of Genesis rivet setting tools. The nG tools are stronger, lighter and faster than the previous models and include the features of the Genesis HD, heavy-duty version as standard. Improvements include increased cycle speed up to 72 cycles per minute for nG2 with a corresponding increase in installation rate. A quick-release stem collector also helps improve productivity, as does a quick-release nose assembly.

For the exhibition Zygology will be offering special prices for orders or enquiries taken at the show.

From Southco, Zygology will be showing the new Cema range of constant-friction hinges. This new product can be installed into the smallest application - and will never need to be adjusted once in service. Also from Southco Zygology will be showing the new range of electronic door latches. This product allows the latch to be operated remotely while offering the capability to record and monitor access simultaneously.

Zygology will be offering special show deals on the new Series 2009 and Series 4 Pemserter presses. Special prices will apply to orders taken and enquiries generated from the show.

In addition Zygology has a number of new PEM assembly systems such as SpotFast. PEM SpotFast self-clinching fasteners permanently join two metal sheets to create a flush-attachment connection without protrusions on either side. They can serve as replacements for rivets or welding and their rotational capability extends application potential by enabling a single fastener to act as a hardened pivot point.
