Spirol Industries opens new demonstration facility

Spirol Industries is opening a new customer demonstration facility at its headquarters in Corby, Northamptonshire. Featuring the company's automatic machines for pinning and insert assembly, the demonstration facility enables visitors to assess Spirol automation technologies and bring samples of their own products to evaluate their suitability for automated assembly.

This new facility complements Spirol's other engineering design services and represents a major commitment to customer support. The company can provide a comprehensive evaluation of customer requirements for any fastening application from potential assembly methods through to hole size, component materials, performance expectations and cost requirements. Application engineers will assess alternative approaches that may shorten design and development times and improve application performance. An online application engineering service provides a quick evaluation of any fastening or assembly applications.

Apart from automated installation and assembly products, Spirol Industries offers a comprehensive range of fasteners including coiled and slotted spring pins, solid pins, spacers, and other tubular products, as well as threaded inserts, milled brass nuts, shims, pin and vibratory parts feeders.

To arrange a visit to the new demonstration facility, contact Spirol Industries by telephone on +44 (0)1536 444800 or email uksales@spirol.com.
