What people say

Bernhard Schmeing, President

ABB STOTZ-KONTAKT GmbH, Heidelberg

SPS/IPC/DRIVES was a complete success. Increasing numbers of visitors as well as exhibitors show that the concept of a three day trade show from experts for experts works out very well. The exhibition is an important highlight in the automation calendar of ABB. It provides a possibility to present new products and applications to our visitors and to develop new solutions for their tasks together with them.

Klaus-Manfred Steinich, President

ASM Automation Sensorik Messtechnik GmbH, Moosinning

For many years, the SPS/IPC/DRIVES Exhibition has been for ASM one of the crucial fairs in the field of electronic automation. Its remarkably high number of trade visitors and decision makers has always resulted in an excellent contact quality. For ASM the SPS/IPC/DRIVES exhibition presents a platform for networking relations to business partners and targeting new customers - especially in the age of Internet. Each year our team looks forward to this important event.

Volker Jahns, Chairman and Managing Director Vertriebsgesellschaft Deutschland

ifm electronic GmbH, Essen

We have been exhibitors at SPS/IPC/DRIVES, the exhibition for the entire automation industry, since 1998. The fair has always been an excellent platform for the presentation of our product innovations. Every year we are again surprised at the constantly increasing number of visitors. As compared to 2007 we could register for example a 10% increase in visitors to our exhibition booth last year. The contacts to visitors from foreign countries tell their own tale: we obtained an increase of about 50% with the technical discussions remaining of the first-class quality. We are very satisfied and look forward to this year's SPS/IPC/DRIVES.

Martin Kandziora, Vice President Market Communications

Rittal GmbH & Co.KG, Herborn

At SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2008 - with a two-digit growth - considerable more visitors surged to our booth than the year before. Rittal is with SPS/IPC/DRIVES permanently on a road to success. This is, on the one hand due to the concrete, practical orientation and the character of the trade fair. On the other hand, Rittal hits the mark with their new products, which are presented during SPS/IPC/DRIVES. The visitor is aware of his explicit advantage and which products show quick and verifable potential for economy. Rittal demonstrated this imposingly and measurably. We are looking forward to the next SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2009.
