Stop time analyser now available with battery pack

The SM13 battery pack is connected to the Smart Logger in place of the SM6 power supply and provides an operating time of about 10-12 hours. It is charged with the SM14 charger, which can also be used as a fast charger for the SM11 flag unit. The SM13 has built-in short-circuit protection that limits its output current to 0.9A. Since the battery pack is the same physical size as the SM11 flag unit, it fits neatly in the SM9 carrying case.

Smart is the new generation of stopping and motion analysers. Transducers, sensors and stopping analysers are connected to a Logger, which is, in turn, connected to a computer from which the measurements are controlled. Smart is suitable for machine builders and maintenance staff, when, for example, adjusting, fault-finding and measuring machinery stop times. The measured results are displayed on a diagram, where the sequences of I/O signals and graphs of the entire sequence such as movements, speeds, pressures, travels, etc can be seen, depending on which sensors have been connected. Old and new measurements can also be displayed on the same diagram for comparison. This permits changes in, for example, start and stop sequences to be clearly seen. It also makes it easy to compare machine performance before and after an adjustment.
