Tiltmeter with digital Internet output

ETLG Inertial Aerosystems is announcing a new series of inclinometer with Digital Internet output. Operating with Industry Standard 10BaseT and 100BaseTX(Auto-Sensing), the single and dual axis sensors offer a wide choice of applications where local and wide area networks offer simplicity of connection combined with a high level of performance.

Examples are remote, multiple node measurements which require fast access and reliable data transmission. Key features of the e-DXI100/200series are:

  • Single or Dual axis
  • Five full scale ranges from 1 degree to 60 degrees
  • Resolution 0.001 degree
  • Digital Interface Ethernet to RS232 or RS485
  • Compatible with most protocols
  • High baud rate

Each tilt sensor is built into a rugged Anodised and Alodine Aluminium enclosure with shock survival to 1500g, vibration survival to 20g, protection to IP66 and sealed to Mil-STD-202 method 112.

Applications include monitoring of security fences, tunnels, bridges and other structures, seismic monitoring, transportation systems.
