Supplied in a QFN32 package measuring just 5mm × 5mm × 1mm, the new device will help designers to realise PCB board space savings. A high-resolution 1/32 step (max.) resolution contributes to reduced vibration and noise, while an on-resistance of only 0.8© ensures energy-efficient operation and minimised heat dissipation.

The TB62269FTAG integrates error detection and protection functionality to support equipment safety and reliability. The protection functions comprise thermal shutdown and overcurrent shutdown circuitry alongside an error detection signal output.

The TB62269FTAG high-resolution bipolar stepping motor driver is available now. Please visit www.toshiba.semicon-storage.com for further details.
