Training in machinery risk assessment and CE marking

EEF, the manufacturers' organisation, is running a Machinery Risk Assessment with CE Marking course for training delegates in assessing machinery risks, the hazards present and methods of safeguarding. It also covers the requirements of The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 1992 and CE marking.

Training in machinery risk assessment and CE marking

Key topics are:

  • An Overview of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)
  • Machinery hazards
  • General risk assessment principles and assessing risk from machinery
  • CE marking
  • The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 1992

The one-day course is intended for people responsible for the selection, design, refurbishment, safe management and use of machinery in workplaces.
