On 2nd October 2024, as part of the acclaimed MachineBuilding.Live event, a series of 10 workshops is being organised, half of them focused exclusively on the subject of machinery safety. Taking place at the National Motorcycle Museum, just outside the NEC, you can secure a place at any or all of these workshops, free of charge, when you pre-register to attend MachineBuilding.Live (which is also free of charge to enter).
Each workshop is hosted by a leading expert in machinery safety, so if you are a machine builder, a systems integrator or manufacturing professional keen to automate this will be an unequalled opportunity to get right up to date with all the latest UK Legislation, how to ensure compliance and what forthcoming changes are likely to appear in the future.
Presenters include Pilz Automation UK, Euchner UK, SICK UK, Schneider Electric and HoldTech Files. Subjects covered include keeping machinery safe in a digital world, machinery safety with robotics, CE Marking, and why one may need an Authorised EU Representative - amongst much more.
In addition to the workshops, the MachineBuilding.Live event has expanded since it was first held last year, and this year visitors will be able to discover and discuss all the latest products, processes and innovations to have emerged over the last 12 months with around 150 exhibitors.
To secure a free place at any of the MachineBuilding.Live workshops and to pre-register for a VIP Visitor badge, please use the button below. There is abundant free parking right outside the event door, a free breakfast roll and brew if you arrive before 11:00 and also a free Museum pass (otherwise priced at 15).
