Updated guide to machine guarding standards
Procter Machine Guarding has published the seventh edition of On Your Guard, the FREE guide to machine guarding standards. This new edition reflects the changes that have come about since the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC came into force on 29 December 2009 and includes an up-to-date table of British, European and International standards. In addition, there are some new statistics on injuries and fatalities relating to machinery.
Towards the end of the guidance there is a list of Useful resources. This has also been revised in line with recent developments. Finally, all of the contact details in the Further information section have been brought up to date.
