Vapormatt will be exhibiting its range of wet blasting technology for the aerospace and composites sectors at Advanced Engineering 2014 on 11-12 November, at the NEC, Birmingham. Vapormatt application specialists will be on hand to discuss your process requirements whilst showcasing the Vapormatt Sabre. Developed in response to customer demand, the Vapormatt Sabre offers high levels of process control to companies in the aerospace sector needing a high-performance wet blasting tool to significantly improve quality and repeatability on a range of manufactured components.

The Vapormatt Sabre features dual nozzle arrangements that enhance versatility, delivering consistent and controllable results on components of varying shapes and complexity. With sophisticated control and monitoring systems the Vapormatt Sabre offers consistent and reproducible processing, which is essential for the aerospace industry.

Application specialists will also be available to discuss the Vapormatt Leopard wet blasting system and its various configurations. These fully automated wet blasting systems offer customers in the aerospace industry controlled, reproducible results in a large working envelope to handle large items, such as turbine fans. Incorporating patented features, such as low level sumps, the Leopards make for highly accessible and user-friendly systems.
