Wire rope transducer suits hosit and crane safety upgrades
The Tecsis F9304 wire rope transducer now available from OEM Automatic is suitable for retrofitting an overload safety system to hoists and cranes without the need to change the machine construction or control system.
Designed to be clamped to the fixed end (where the rope is not in motion), the Tecsis F9304 monitors the rope tension in an easy, robust and affordable way.
One transducer fits all applications with a nominal load range of 1-30t. The 4-20mA output signal can be scaled accordingly.
Specifications include:
- 8-44mm rope diameter
- 10-30V DC supply
- Redundant signal output available
- IP67, M12 electrical connection
- -40 to +80degC temperature range
- Limit load 150 per cent
- Breaking load 400 per cent
