When installed correctly, all Mechan products can achieve CAT4 SIL3 PL-e on any production line. Mechan also has one of the largest ranges of 316 stainless steel products, which means any product a customer likes can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel - ideal for harsh environments, tough washdown procedures, CIP and SIP cleaning and resilient to bumps and bangs.

Mechan Controls has launched its own mechanical range of safety devices, including tongue interlocks, hinge door switches, rope pull systems and its very own trapped key system. With the addition of the mechanical range, Mechan controls can now fulfil the requirements of any OEM, Machine builder or end user.
