New IP65 safety latch lock with visual indicator

As a long-time partner of the train and transport industry, EMKA is constantly working on new and innovative locking developments like the new IP65 stainless steel safety latch lock with red/green visual position indicator. This flush mounted unit is tamper- and vibration-proof for rear-mounting on doors of 5mm thickness where fully flush appearance is required, otherwise a slight inset or upstand is presented.

Phoenix Contact's new FL MC EF 660 SCRJ media converter enables the connection of cost-effective polymer and HCS/PCF fibre technology. The optical transmission of data via fibre optics is free of electromagnetic interference and provides complete electrical isolation on the transmission path. Elesa's LM.F-HD-SST series of levelling feet in stainless steel with permanent floor mounting facility are now EHEDG certified (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group). The new additions to Mitsubishi's 4Diamond Grid range, which were launched at ISE 2019, are available in 75", 86" and 98" models, all delivering a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. All products in the 4Diamond Grid range are designed as cost-effective options for 24/7 applications such as crisis suites and breakout rooms, and complement Mitsubishi Electric's well-established portfolio of high-end, mission-critical control room displays.

IDS has integrated the high-resolution 12 MP IMX226 rolling shutter sensor into its uEye CP camera family, giving increased resolution, speed and sensitivity. The new models are offered with the established GigE or USB3 interfaces and will be available from May 2019.

Plastic clamp attaches igus triflex R energy chains to cobots

Collaborative robots, or cobots, are mainly used as assistants in simple or interactive activities and, in contrast to large and fast industrial robots, work hand in hand with humans. That is why cobot and industrial robot service engineers are already using igus' multi-axis round triflex R e-chains. In addition to conventional metal clamps for industrial robots, igus has developed new plastic mounting clamps that attach the energy chain to the robotic arm both quickly and easily.
