US army procures Exlar actuators for air defence launcher

Curtiss-Wright Corporation has won contract to supply elevation and hatch control electromechanical actuators for use on the US Army Multi-Mission Launcher (MML) in support of the Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) programme. Curtiss-Wright will provide products based on Exlar electromechanical actuators, as well as hatch actuation controls and engineering services.

Sensonics delivers critical protection to nuclear power plant

Sensonics have delivered the first tranche of machinery protection systems to the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant project in the UAE (United Arab Emirates). Following a 2-year design and production phase, the equipment delivery, made up of 92 (ninety two) Sentry G3 4-channel protection modules and over 300 channels of vibration analysis across three cabinets, is currently undergoing commissioning as part of the Unit 1 construction phase.
